The Teacher Trainees of Ghana have received some encouraging messages regarding the payment of their allowances following the recent press release from TTAG. .This news has brought a sigh of relief to many trainees who have been eagerly waiting for this announcement for quite some time now.
Speaking with the national PRO for Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana, He asserted that SLTF will pay out two (2) months allowance for the 2023 arrears this month.
He also belaboured that the actual date for the disbursement has not been divulged but the process has reached the final stage where the money has been debited to SLTF for the disbursement.
Our proficient journalist, "Reporter Elijah Owusu, sent a direct message to SLTF management director making enquiry about the actual payment date for the pay out. The response delivered was that the money is ready to be credited to traines E-zwich card within this month. He emphasized that the delayed in payment is due to some trainees inability to provide correct and relevance details of their personal information.
He therefore added that, trainees must make sure that the name and spelling on their admission letter should be the same as used for SNNIT and e-zwich registration.
"We therefore urge you all to exercise patient as we are yet to disburse a two - month allowance."
All updates will be giving with regards to the payment of the 2023 allowance.
